Your tasks ##

• Care and support of users directly on site
• 1st and 2nd level support in the client and workplace environment
• Installation, configuration and replacement of notebooks, PCs, monitors, docking stations and peripheral devices
• Analysis and rectification of hardware and software problems
• Setup and handover of IT workstations for new employees
• Installation and configuration of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Support with user accounts, passwords and access permissions
• Processing of incidents and service requests via the ticket system
• Execution of hardware rollouts, device changes and workstation moves
• Documentation of the work performed and solutions
• Cooperation with Service Desk and other IT specialist departments

Our requirements ##

• Training in the field of informatics or corresponding practical IT experience
• Initial to several years of experience in onsite, field or 1st/2nd level support
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Experience in handling notebooks, PCs, printers and other IT peripherals
• Knowledge of Intune, SCCM or Entra ID an advantage
• Good basic networking knowledge
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Neat and friendly appearance
• Driver's license KAT B
