Your mission ### Above all, we are looking for a person endowed with an excellent sense of communication, organization, and teamwork. Your role will not be limited to the technical administration of infrastructures. You will be one of the preferred interlocutors for our clients and will actively participate in the evolution of their information systems. You will have to understand the needs and challenges of your clients, identify risks, opportunities for improvement, and the necessary evolutions of their infrastructures, propose adapted solutions, and ensure the follow-up of their implementation until completion. We are looking for a person capable of maintaining a global vision of infrastructures, organizing the work of technical teams, and ensuring the smooth running of interventions. You must be able to intervene personally on the technical aspects of projects while knowing how to delegate certain tasks when relevant, coordinate available resources, and ensure the follow-up of their execution. You will be required to support clients in their technological choices, identify the evolutions necessary to maintain the operational and security condition of their infrastructures, and transform these needs into concrete projects bringing real added value. In our human-sized structure, we are looking for a versatile, autonomous, and proactive person, capable of alternating between client relations, project management, team coordination, and technical interventions. Your responsibilities ## Client relations and support ### Ensure regular follow-up of a client portfolio. Understand business challenges and client needs. Advise clients on relevant evolutions and investments. Identify improvements necessary for the maintenance and evolution of infrastructures. Present and defend proposed solutions. Participate in the preparation of technical and commercial offers. Ensure proactive monitoring of infrastructures in order to anticipate future needs. Project management ### Manage IT and telecom infrastructure projects. Organize the different phases of projects. Plan interventions and coordinate resources. Ensure follow-up of deadlines, budgets, and commitments. Guarantee the quality of services performed. Ensure communication between clients and technical teams. Document projects and infrastructures. Coordination and teamwork ### Participate in the organization of team activities. Distribute certain tasks when necessary. Ensure follow-up of actions entrusted to collaborators. Promote knowledge sharing and mutual aid. Participate in the continuous improvement of working methods. Systems and networks administration ### Ensure the administration and operation of systems and networks infrastructures. Participate in deployments, migrations, and production releases. Perform complex technical interventions when necessary. Participate in level 1, 2, and 3 support. Contribute to the evolution and securing of infrastructures. Participate in planned maintenance and on-call duties. Desired profile ### We are looking for a person who appreciates human relations as much as technology. Desired qualifications ### Training in the field of IT, systems, or networks. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (is an asset). Excellent interpersonal skills.
