Together, further develop emergency nursing with around 75 employees. • You combine your emergency experience with leadership responsibility and work closely with the Head of Department and the management team. • You take on your own leadership and thematic areas and advance them independently. • With your integrative personality, you provide orientation, set impulses, and actively and sustainably shape changes. • You strengthen togetherness and cooperation across professional and specialist boundaries. • You stay close to practice and combine your leadership role with direct work with patients and employees.
