With its 24'000 inhabitants, the Ville de Nyon is among the most dynamic cities in Switzerland in terms of development. Many park projects and landscape developments will arrive in the coming years and will necessarily develop the team of field employees.
In this perspective, the Service de l’environnement is looking for a:
Team Leader 100%
Your main missions:
You ensure the organization and coordination of the maintenance of green spaces in a sector of the Ville de Nyon, by supervising a field team that you support on a daily basis. Present mostly in the field, you guarantee the quality of interventions, compliance with safety rules and the proper distribution of tasks. You actively contribute to the development of sustainable practices promoting biodiversity, in accordance with the requirements of the Label Ville Verte Suisse, while ensuring the operational link with the head of operations, the Direction and the partners concerned.
Your profile:
You hold a CFC as a landscape horticulturist (federal certificate: an asset).
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar function.
You have solid experience in team leadership and work planning.
You possess good knowledge of differentiated maintenance, plants, biodiversity and safety.
You are recognized for your rigor, your sense of organization, your collaborative spirit and your interpersonal skills.
Category B driving license required.
Start date: immediately or by arrangement.
