Casseroliere

The employer is looking for a:

Casseroliere (reported profession)

Tasks:

• maintain order and cleanliness in the dining room, kitchen, food storage rooms and refrigerated cells
• ensure the cleanliness, maintenance and correct use of kitchen equipment and utensils
• ensure the correct storage of stored food products and their economical use
• collaborate on the Mise en place of the dining room and kitchen
• collaborate in the preparation of daily meals, according to the directives of superiors and in compliance with current hygiene regulations
• collaborate in the portioning and distribution of meals
• take on and perform specific or ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors
• provide for the removal of all kinds of waste and used laundry
• ensure compliance with laws, regulations and regulations in force in the food sector
• maintain absolute respect for the residents of the structure
• contribute to maintaining a serene and constructive work environment, based on mutual respect, availability and spirit of collaboration

Requirements:

• previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years
• ability to work in a team
• good knowledge of Italian
• accept flexibility in hours (shifts)
• cat.B driver's license
• self-driven

Employment details:

• workplace Castelrotto
• employment from 70 - 80%
• immediate employment, permanent contract
