Chef de Partie

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and independent personality as a Chef de Partie, available immediately. The position is available optionally for weekend service, part-time, or as a 100% workload. Your main tasks include:  Assisting with menu design using healthy and seasonal ingredients  Food service  Mise en Place work and the associated general workplace hygiene  Compliance with quality and hygiene standards according to HACCP  Compliance with legal requirements and guidelines in the kitchen and the storage area  Mise en Place Chefs with the following profile will convince us:  Professional experience as a Chef de Partie and in the kitchen area  Good German skills  Independent and business-oriented action  Goal-oriented corporate thinking  Resilient and flexible  Able to work in a team  Preferably age up to 35 years
