Ensuring smooth operations Responsibility for personnel scheduling, training, and the further development of employees. Monitoring of stock levels, orders, as well as product and experience presentation. Coordination with internal and external partners Ensuring quality, safety, and hygiene standards. If you fit with us: Leadership experience in tourism, hotel industry, retail, gastronomy, or a comparable service industry. Enjoyment of an operational role with direct guest contact and organizational responsibility. Enthusiasm as well as a positive and open personality.
