Deputy Teamlead Cargo & Large Orders The Cargo & Large Orders department (outbound goods) plays a central role in our logistics – here, the dispatch of parcel shipments with a total volume of around 15 fully loaded trucks is organized and handled daily. Deputy Teamlead Cargo & Large Orders What to expect Management of daily business: You are 50% responsible for organizing, monitoring and ensuring an efficient flow of goods during your shift Operational support: You will spend the rest of the time working on your own and setting an example for your team Leadership & teamwork: Together with another Deputy Teamlead, you will support the Teamlead in the technical and disciplinary leadership of 16 employees Coordination & agreement: You will work closely together, agree on tasks and responsibilities, and ensure a seamless handover in the daily business Interface management: You will be in contact with internal and external partners, including transport service providers and the sales team, to ensure smooth processing Administration & analysis: You will create statistics on daily productivity, quality, and personnel planning, and use them to optimize processes in a targeted manner What you bring Ideally, completed training as a logistician EFZ combined with further training (federal certificate of proficiency in logistics) and initial leadership experience Communication skills and empathy to motivate employees and convince them with a collegial leadership style Structured and solution-oriented thinking to efficiently control processes and flexibly respond to challenges Organizational skills and planning security to keep an eye on the daily volume and use personnel in a resource-efficient manner Initiative and an eye for improvements to continuously develop processes Good MS-Office skills and an impeccable reputation Willingness to work shifts between 06:00 and 22:00 (possible seasonal deployments between hours) and corresponding mobility Are you interested or do you have further questions?
