To strengthen our team, we are looking for, starting by arrangement, a: Persian Specialty Chef 100% (m/f/i) Your tasks include: • Ensuring an authentic and modern food offering, taking into account the seasonal products of the country of origin, as well as creating the menu in cooperation with the Executive Chef • the preparation of the dishes as well as the impeccable handling of products, production, and cooking techniques • the responsibility for compliance with hygiene guidelines and occupational safety • cooking in the open show kitchen in front of the guest You are a trained and experienced chef with sound specialist knowledge of Persian specialty cuisine as well as extensive cooking techniques. You have experience in international fine dining and hospitality. You are fluent in German and English; any further foreign language is an advantage.
