In this role, you ensure a smooth process at the reception and are the first point of contact for our customers. With warmth, attentiveness and team spirit, you contribute to making our customers feel welcome and well cared for. Your work creates closeness and trust and is an important contribution to our strong and partnership-based bank. Share What awaits you? ## • You receive our customers, process service requests directly at the counter and ensure a professional process in the customer zone. • You support our clientele with E-Banking, TWINT, card matters, Mobile Banking, damage reports as well as with digital processes such as self-openings. • You recognize customer needs, arrange appointments and specifically refer customers to the responsible advisors. • You process customer mutations such as address and name changes, powers of attorney, account closures as well as TMS and GwG pending items and perform general administrative tasks. • You take responsibility for cash management, coordinate the supply of cash registers, ATMs and safe deposit systems and work together with the valuables transport company. What do you bring with you? ## • You have completed basic commercial training, ideally with initial professional experience in the banking industry or in customer service. • You enjoy customer contact and inspire our customers with your open, service-oriented and winning manner. • You are interested in financial services and digital solutions and are motivated to continuously develop your expertise. • You work independently, reliably and responsibly and appreciate working in a well-coordinated team. • An affinity for the region completes your profile.
