The City Hotel Glarnerland in Näfels is a modern 4-star hotel with 44 double rooms, seminar rooms and an in-house hotel restaurant. We attach great importance to personal service, professionalism and a warm interaction with our guests.

Administration / Reception Employee 50–80 %

Your tasks
General administrative work and office organization
Support of the hotel management in administrative matters
Processing of emails, telephone inquiries and correspondence
Management and processing of reservations
Check-in and check-out as well as care of our hotel guests
Creation and processing of invoices
Control and processing of debtors and creditors
Support in personnel administration
Maintenance of master data and documents
Organization and coordination of appointments
General support in the daily business of the hotel
Close cooperation with reception, housekeeping, restaurant and hotel management

Your profile
Completed commercial training or comparable training
Professional experience in administration, hotel industry or at reception is an advantage
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
Good English skills, other languages an advantage
Good MS Office skills
Independent, reliable and structured way of working
Friendly and professional appearance
Enjoyment of contact with guests and employees
Organizational talent and high service orientation
