Head of Dementia Nursing Department (w/m/d), 80 - 100 % How you will support us: You lead our specialized dementia nursing department professionally, personally, and organizationally You ensure individual, professional, and dignified nursing as well as care for our residents You continuously develop modern, person-centered dementia care together with your team You promote care that is consistently oriented towards the needs, resources, and life stories of our residents You accompany, strengthen, and develop your team in daily nursing care and create a motivating work environment You work closely with relatives, doctors, as well as internal and external specialists You take responsibility for personnel deployment, budget, and resource planning You actively help shape change processes and bring in new ideas You lend a hand in daily nursing care and stay close to residents and the team How you can convince us: Dipl.
