If you want to develop the SAP and time management topics strategically and operationally and provide real added value through your analytical skills, you are in the right place with us. ### Your tasks • Shaping systems: You take charge of the maintenance, support, and future-oriented development of our SAP modules (MM and HCM). • Digitizing processes: You actively participate in the design of SAP interfaces, peripheral systems, and the digitization of processes. • Leading and accompanying projects: You work in cantonal committees during version changes and advance the implementation at the Bern cantonal police. • Being the interface: You are the central SAP interlocutor within the Kapo Berne and ensure the exchange with the CCOE of the financial administration. • Collective force: You actively participate in authorization management (SAP/Time) and help implement new functionalities and processes. • Sharing knowledge and assuming responsibilities: You are responsible for support to key users, organize user training, and clearly document novelties. Additionally, we entrust you with the deputy role for the department management. Your profile • Solid foundation: A completed higher degree (HES, university) in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification. • SAP skills: Several years of deep experience in the SAP MM and HCM modules. • Project experience: Ideally, you have already successfully led projects of various sizes. • Way of thinking: Strong analytical abilities, networked thinking, and a high demand for quality in your work. • Personality: You are communicative at all hierarchical levels, like working in a team, and convince with a customer-oriented and motivated attitude.
