You participate in the definition of strategic orientations and steer their operational implementation. You ensure the management of the activities of the Adolescence Pole and you bring and reflect on socio-educational practices adapted to the needs of today's youth. Your mission • Actively participate in the development of the Foundation while respecting the vision and strategic lines defined by the Foundation Board and the General Management. Adopt a transversal posture and collaborate closely with all members of the Management • Ensure permanent monitoring in the adolescence-young adult sector and seek the necessary resources in order to develop services responding to the needs of this age group • Direct, develop, and evaluate the managerial and pedagogical activities of the Adolescence Pole in collaboration with the transversal services and teams of the Foundation; HR, Finance, Communication, and Infrastructure. Ensure the application of the legal framework and alignment with the axes and objectives defined by the General Management • Ensure the operational direction of the Pole's activities (60 to 80 employees) and its organizational development in full collaboration with the managers and heads of the Adolescence Pole entities and ensure its financial follow-up according to the defined objectives • Supervise, support, and mobilize teams and managers by promoting a healthy and mobilizing work climate • Represent the Foundation to partners and beneficiaries and contribute to its influence Your profile • A visionary leader, you benefit from higher education in the educational field, a DAS in institutional management as well as a certifying training in the field of socio-professional integration. Additional training in the field of suicidal risks, post-traumatic disorders, addictions and/or mental health represents an asset • Equipped with confirmed management experience of at least 10 years in an organization of similar size, you hold solid experience in the socio-educational support of youth in breakdown, more particularly aged 14 to 18 years.
