For Product Support within the Technical Services department at the headquarters in Cham ZG, we are looking for a motivated and technically savvy personality to actively support our team as a Product Supporter in the back office, starting immediately or by arrangement.

What you can achieve with us ##

• System support: You maintain the systems relevant to Product Support and coordinate ticket requests efficiently
• Technical support: You support the brands, operations and Single Points of Contact with technical / non-technical questions
• Coordination & organization: You coordinate vehicle deployments, support the damage desk and take on organizational tasks in the daily business of Product Support
• Documentation: You create, translate and correct technical documents for all passenger car brands
• Support & consulting: You look after and support service partners and workshops - from technical questions to repair quality
• Diagnosis & technology: You perform diagnoses on problematic vehicles and are the contact person for technical concerns, including high-voltage and bodywork topics
• Manufacturer contact & problem solving: You work closely with the manufacturers, analyze technical problems and actively introduce solutions into the market

What you bring with you ##

• Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in the automotive technical environment and have knowledge of our brands
• Education / Further training: You have basic training in automotive technology combined with further training as an automotive diagnostician or automotive engineer
• Specialist competence: You have sound knowledge in the areas of electromobility, alternative drives and vehicle technology (powertrain, chassis, body & paint, etc.)
• Digital Skills: You work confidently with M365 applications and are experienced in dealing with various systems, tools and technical documents
• Language skills: You communicate confidently in German, preferably you also bring French or Italian language skills
• Personality Fit: You communicate clearly and empathetically, work independently and reliably, think quickly, actively contribute to the team and, thanks to your affinity for numbers and your structured way of working, maintain an overview even in dynamic situations
