While Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services throughout Switzerland. In January 2026, the Senevita Birsgarten in Reinach/BL will open. We offer a total of 88 care places (22 protected departments), 52 apartments for assisted living, and a restaurant in an idyllic location with very good public transport connections. We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented person as HR Manager 80-100% Help shape our new operation and your team actively. You will make a significant contribution to introducing processes to establish services and quality at the highest level.
