A full member of the Executive Committee (Codir), the technical director provides the technological vision and carries the development as well as the industrialization of the company's service offerings. A unifying, visionary leader and a source of proposals, you participate in the design of high-performance and profitable offers, aligned with the technologies of tomorrow and the business needs of clients. You lead, structure and motivate the engineering teams (Network & Security, Infrastructure, Cloud Solutions) with the objective of achieving operational excellence and guaranteeing the highest level of client satisfaction. Governance & contribution to the Executive Committee: * Source of proposals and business development: Be the engine of innovation within management: identify new levers for growth, internal transformation, automation and profitability. * High-level representation: Carry the technological credibility of Meanquest to strategic clients (C-Level, CIO, CISO) and develop strategic alliances with key partners (manufacturers, publishers, hyperscalers). * Strategic orientation: Participate in the definition and implementation of Meanquest's strategy. * Economic management & performance: Supervise the technical P&L, the activity rate (TACE), the profitability of fixed-price projects, the allocation of skills as well as the management of certifications. Key responsibilities: * Development & industrialization of offerings + Design of the catalog: Create, structure and evolve service offerings (fixed-price, integration, outsourcing, audits, service centers, managed services). + Commercial support and development: Produce the technical materials necessary for the commercialization of offerings (offer sheets, arguments, battle cards, proposal templates) and accompany the skill development of the sales teams. + Competitive differentiation: Position Meanquest on innovative, industrialized and scalable offerings against the competition. * Innovation & technologies of tomorrow + Active technological monitoring: Identify and anticipate major trends (AI applied to infrastructures / AIOps, hybrid & sovereign Cloud, advanced automation, Edge Computing, next-generation Zero Trust architectures). + Laboratory & POCs: Supervise the realization of internal Proof of Concept (POC) to test, validate and incubate disruptive technological bricks before commercialization. + Technological vision and anticipation: Define the technological orientations of Meanquest by anticipating market evolutions and evaluating innovations likely to strengthen the relevance, competitiveness and value of the offerings proposed to clients. * Leadership, cohesion & management + Network & security team: WAN/LAN architectures, SD-WAN, enterprise Wi-Fi, next-gen firewalls, access security (ZTNA, NAC), vulnerability audits and compliance. + Infrastructure team: On-premise systems, virtualization, hyperconvergence, SAN/NAS storage, backup, DRP/BCP, maintenance in operational conditions (MCO) and outsourcing. + Cloud solutions team: Migrations & public/hybrid Cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and FinOps. + Cohesion & emulation: Unify the three teams around a common culture of sharing, technical pride and self-improvement; establish an atmosphere conducive to inter-team collaboration. + Talent management: Drive recruitment, internal evolution paths, annual objective reviews and publisher certification/homologation programs. * Pre-sales, presentations & delivery + Challenger & advisor: Be a source of proposals during complex pre-sales phases, challenge clients' master plans and design high value-added target architectures. + Client presentations: Carry the technical credibility of Meanquest and lead decisive presentations before the executive committees and CIOs of clients. Profile sought: * Education: Higher education in IT, telecommunications, networks or related field, ideally at Master's level or equivalent. * Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in IT, with a confirmed background in an ESN or at an integrator, including a minimum of 5 years of experience in team management. * Technical expertise: Proven transversal vision of system and storage infrastructures, enterprise networks and cybersecurity. * Managerial qualities
