Your mission

You are joining a team in charge of the support, operation, and evolution of a GMAO solution in a complex technical and industrial environment. At the interface between business units, IT, and software publishers, you contribute to optimizing maintenance processes, data quality, and the performance of the solution.

You will:

• Ensure the support and functional administration of the GMAO, including the management of incidents, users, authorizations, and configuration.
• Analyze and formalize business requirements and manage the functional evolutions of the solution in collaboration with the maintenance teams.
• Structure and ensure the reliability of maintenance data, particularly equipment, items, stocks, technical repositories, and maintenance plans.
• Optimize and evolve maintenance processes, by supporting their digitalization and continuous improvement.
• Participate in GMAO evolution projects, notably migrations, version upgrades, interfaces, and new functionalities.
• Coordinate tests, acceptance, and validations and ensure the follow-up of anomalies with publishers and various stakeholders.
• Support internal and external users through support, training, documentation, and change management.
• Contribute to the evolution of reporting and BI solutions related to maintenance activities.

Profile sought

• Higher education in computer science, information systems, engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Excellent knowledge of maintenance processes and methods.
• Proven experience in GMAO, ideally with CARL Software and/or ServiceNow.
• Solid experience in application support and functional administration.
• Good knowledge of databases and interfaces between systems.
• Knowledge of BI / reporting tools, notably BIRT, SAP BusinessObjects WEBI, or Power BI.
• Experience in project management and facilitating workshops with business and technical interlocutors.
• Ability to coordinate different interlocutors: business, IT, publishers, and suppliers.
• Experience in a technical or industrial environment is an asset.
