Founded in 2008 in Zurich, we are today an SME of approximately 100 employees in Zurich, Berne, Baden, Saint-Gall and Heerbrugg. To complement our team, we are looking as soon as possible or by agreement for our training center in Baden for a competent and committed JobCoach 60 % (m/f) Our offer: • Indefinite employment contract, possibility to increase the activity rate to 80 % from 2027 • Partial remote work possible (for individual interviews) • Wide range of competency-based methods, modern and ready-to-use modular supports and materials, existing curricula • Exciting internal training • Small family team   Your tasks: • Accompany and support job seekers from various professional and personal backgrounds within the framework of this labor market measure (AMM) during their job search, in the form of individual coaching as well as in a differentiated group context • Identify individual needs during coaching interviews, define an individualized strategy and support its implementation • Provide concrete support in the development of the application strategy, application documents as well as personal presentation • Ensure optimal communication, including documentation, with the RAV personnel advisors • Regularly participate in case discussions, debriefings and internal training   Your profile: • Solid theoretical and practical professional experience in adult education (at least SVEB 1 is indispensable) • Completed professional apprenticeship or tertiary training • At least 5 years of professional experience in a qualified professional environment (HR / recruitment / AMM) • Training and experience as a coach • Broad knowledge of the labor market, current expertise in application matters, good mastery of ICT and general culture • Ability to assume different roles depending on the context - adult trainer, process facilitator, instructor, expert, moderator and supervisor - in order to stimulate and make visible the individual progress of course participants Do you want to find out more and do you match the sought-after profile?
