Customer Advisor (m/w/d) 80-100%

Type of work: • Telephone customer support in the administrative area (including invoice inquiries) • Recording of incoming conversations • Identifying sales opportunities (Sales, Up- & Cross-Selling) and optimizing the customer portfolio • Recording and processing of disruptions in 1st-level support • Friendly and competent consulting on products and services Requirements: • Fluent Swiss German and very good French language skills • Mandatory office experience • 2-week training must be attended 100% • Willingness to work shifts: MO-FR from 08:00-19:00 hrs / SA: 08:00-16:00 hrs • Very good PC and IT user skills as well as technical understanding of telecommunications • Communication strength, enjoyment of consulting & interest in sales
