HR Business Partner 100 % (w/m/d)

Your most important tasks

• Trustworthy advice and support for managers in all labor law, personnel and strategic issues
• Accompanying change and organizational development processes
• Development and implementation of sustainable concepts in the areas of Talent Management, Performance Management and employee retention
• Leading and participating in exciting HR projects as well as active co-design of modern HR processes and tools
• Responsibility for the entire Employee Lifecycle from recruitment to departure
• Cooperation with international locations and support for group-wide HR initiatives

What you bring with you

• Completed studies with a focus on Human Resources, business administration or business law or an equivalent HR further education
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law
• High advisory competence as well as a convincing and confident appearance
• Business fluent German and very good English skills
• Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
