What awaits you

• Planning, declaration, ordering and cancellation of additional tours as well as organization of empty container orders
• Coordination of female and male drivers as well as coordination with internal and external interfaces
• Communication with transport service providers including troubleshooting in case of transport and shipping deviations
• Moving swap bodies on the company premises using special vehicles as well as loading and unloading them
• Provision of shipments and empty containers for the corresponding tours and target areas
• Support in the operational shipping area and participation in rotation in the event of appropriate workload
• Ensuring quality, order, cleanliness and occupational safety as well as coordination of the Dispatcher Light if necessary

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience in logistics, ramp and/or transport coordination or a comparable environment
• German language skills at level B1 or higher
• Driving license category B as well as willingness to undergo internal training on special vehicles
• Advantageous: Forklift license as well as experience in handling swap body vehicles
• Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
• Physical fitness as well as enjoyment in working with people, vehicles and logistical processes
• Impeccable reputation as well as willingness for the following working hours: Monday to Friday in shift operation from 05:00 to 14:30 or 14:30 to 23:00. Additionally, a Saturday shift occurs approximately once a month.
