Your area of responsibility

• You assume overall responsibility for the operation and actively contribute to its success
• You lead and develop your team with enthusiasm, trust and appreciation
• You always maintain control of figures, processes and organization and ensure smooth operation flow
• You are close to the action, bring your own ideas and drive optimizations with energy and personal initiative
• You maintain strong relationships with guests, clients and partners and represent the company internally and externally
• You organize events and manifestations with passion and create memorable experiences
• Working hours: Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 15:00

Your profile

• You have training in gastronomy or hospitality and ideally complementary training as an operations manager (G2)
• You have management experience in a gastronomic environment and motivate your team by example, trust and appreciation
• Hospitality is in your blood: with your positive radiance, your social skills and your organizational talent, you enthuse guests and employees alike
• You work in a structured manner, think in a solution-oriented way and act entrepreneurially
• Figures, systems and processes do not scare you - you master the use of calculation and goods management systems
• You communicate confidently in German and enjoy an irreproachable reputation
