Discover the AS spirit as Maintenance Team Leader Fribourg region (m/f/d) 80-100% # • Lead your team of service technicians (maintenance and troubleshooting) with enthusiasm and proximity • Guarantee the quality of service and contractual services in the field • Collaborate with the repair service to identify needs and work to be undertaken • Execution of productive maintenance tasks (maintenance, troubleshooting, and small repairs) • Management and monitoring of key indicators • Team planning (on-call service and back-up) • Completed technical or electrical training, for example as a mechanic, mechatronics technician, or electrician • Professional experience in the service or repair field • Ideally knowledge of the elevator field • Confirmed driving experience • Good knowledge of the local language, other languages are an asset • Dynamic, efficient, and solution-oriented • Excellent development opportunities: Personal development is a reality with us.
