Your role with us

• Advising our customers via telephone, e-mail and live chat in French, English and/or German
• Ensuring an exclusive and high-quality customer experience throughout the entire purchasing process
• Support with online orders as well as with questions regarding deliveries, payments, returns and complaints
• Independent processing of customer requests and finding suitable solutions for individual needs
• Functioning as an important interface between clientele, boutiques and internal specialist departments
• Accompanying customer inquiries from the first contact to successful clarification

What you bring with you

• Experience in Customer Service, retail, customer consulting or in a service-oriented environment
• Strong understanding of the needs of demanding customers
• Solution-oriented, flexible and independent way of working
• Affinity for e-commerce and digital sales channels
• Service-oriented personality with high quality standards and enjoyment of customer contact
• Very good communication in French as well as in English and/or German, both orally and in writing
