The human resources manager reports to the human resources department and will take charge of part of the departments of the Direction santé communautaire et habitat (DSCH). Your missions and responsibilities Preferred partner and advisor to the departments managed within the DSCH in the field of human resources management Recruitment, selection, hiring of employees: active contribution to determining personnel needs, to the development of job profiles in compliance with current directives Management, monitoring and development of employees: active contribution to the professional development of employees by providing advice and guidance, in line with the institutional training policy Reference person within their target audience for all questions relating to current laws and regulations Participation in reflections and organizational and development projects of the IMAD in order to evaluate possible impacts on employees and to propose appropriate action plans to promote change management Monitoring and updating of dashboards, indicators and statistical data necessary for management Supervisory activity in the direct hierarchical line of an HR assistant Development, monitoring and control of the target audience workforce as well as active participation in the budget construction process. Certified university education and/or federal diploma in personnel management or training deemed equivalent Confirmed professional experience in human resources management In-depth knowledge of Geneva state laws, regulations and processes We are looking for a dynamic personality, customer-oriented and eager to actively contribute to the development of the projects entrusted to the IMAD within the mentioned legal framework.
