For our client, an established 4-star boutique hotel in the Zurich region, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as Restaurant Manager (m/f/d). You will take on a central role in the operational restaurant business and, together with your team, ensure a warm and professional guest service. In doing so, you combine active host presence with leadership responsibility and organizational skill. Restaurant Management ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Leadership, promotion and further development of the service team • Ensuring a smooth and quality-conscious service process • Active care and professional advice for guests • Organization of daily service processes including briefings and station assignments • Responsibility for reservations, cash desk as well as goods and beverage management • Solution-oriented handling of guest feedback and complaints • Close cooperation with kitchen, F&B and other internal departments • Ensuring hygiene, quality and operational standards Qualifications & Competencies • Completed EFZ training in hospitality or gastronomy with corresponding additional training • Several years of experience in a comparable leadership role • Strong host personality with enjoyment of direct guest contact • Organizational talent with a structured and independent way of working • Confident appearance and clear, appreciative communication • High service and quality orientation • Resilient, solution-oriented and sovereign even in busy situations • Very good German skills in speaking and writing Chances & Perspectives A versatile leadership position with direct influence on service quality and the development of your team awaits you.
