Finance Clerk with additional tasks (a), 60%

The five-member Finance & Controlling team is responsible for a versatile area of tasks - from financial accounting and controlling to application responsibility for Abacus, up to to operative insurance and property management.

Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed and team-oriented personality who moves confidently in this broad field of tasks and enjoys working both with numbers and with people. In this function, you are directly subordinate to the Finance & Controlling team management.

Your main tasks

• Monthly billing of services to our residents, especially the pension bills
• Creation of the monthly Spitex statements
• Control and reconciliation of the group funds
• Processing of the accounts receivable dunning process
• Management and maintenance of the small inventory
• Mutual substitution within the Finance & Controlling team
• Cooperation in further administrative and finance-related tasks in the team

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training, ideally with professional experience in accounting
• Joy in dealing with numbers and a good understanding of numbers
• Interest in a versatile and wide-ranging area of tasks
• Exact, structured and expeditious way of working
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented way of working
• Joy in working in a team as well as in contact with different internal and external contact persons
• Good IT user knowledge, especially in Excel
• Abacus knowledge is an advantage
