These are your tasks Interface function: You are the central contact point for employees (delivery service, picking, internal sales), suppliers, customers and partners and communicate with absolute stylistic confidence at eye level. SME All-rounder: You help with cross-departmental coordination and look after the office management. Additionally, you support the internal sales team in the daily tasks and keep all tasks under control. What you bring with you Education: Completed basic training as Pharma Assistant EFZ, ideally supplemented by a commercial basic education. Experience: Initial experience in customer service, internal sales or administration is a plus. System knowledge: Sound practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as well as the common MS-Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word). Languages: Absolutely stylistically confident German in spoken and written form (native language or comparable level) for smooth internal and external communication. Personality: You act with absolute discretion, think in a process-oriented manner, are strong in organization and always maintain an overview in the dynamic trading environment.
