The Hälg Group is a leading service provider in the field of building technology and facility management. As a Swiss family business, we are present in approximately 30 sites in Switzerland. For Hälg & Co. AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for a facility construction process manager (ABACUS AbaBau module) 80 % - 100 % in Saint-Gall.

Your challenge ##

• Active participation within the Abacus team (looking beyond the framework - throughout the process)
• Collection, analysis and definition of processes in facility construction
• Implementation taking into account standard Abacus solutions
• Close collaboration with our Abacus consultant
• Coordination/interface between the Abacus consultant and the group of experts (users)
• Active communication of process milestones
• Drafting of process documentation and training materials as well as conducting training for key and end users
• Training users in the AbaBau field
• Transfer of project data and creation of new projects in Abacus
• AbaBau manager during the introduction and deployment in our branches
• First and second level support for usage questions during the deployment phase
• Replacement of the SVM module manager (service tool)

Your profile ##

• Good knowledge of the sector and processes in the construction field, ideally in the HVAC field
• Good knowledge of calculation and project management in the construction sector, ideally in the HVAC field
• Strong IT affinity, with the willingness to train in Abacus
• Willingness to support or train branch users also on-site (throughout Switzerland)
• Understanding and resolving user requirements/problems related to processes
• Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented work
• Good manners and pleasure in contact with people of various functions
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in French
• Team spirit, stress resistance and precise work
• Great methodological and social competence
• Active listening and good communication skills
