JOB DESCRIPTION: •  Planning and implementation of technical training and updates for international partners (remote & on-site) • Ensuring technical support (3rd level) as well as support for global key accounts and partners • Coordination of technical adjustments including material planning, documentation and cost estimation • Analysis of customer and partner feedback for continuous product and quality improvement • Support for market launches, field tests as well as sales and marketing activities   PROFILE: • Completed technical education (HF/FH) or equivalent practical experience, ideally supplemented by training experience • Several years of experience in technical service/support (including electrotechnical know-how) as well as sound IT user knowledge • Very good English skills (C1) as well as strong communication skills in an international environment • Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working with high customer orientation • International willingness to travel (max. 20%), driving license cat.
