Learning & Development Manager (m/f/d), 70-100% Learning & Development Manager (m/f/d), 70-100% Your contribution to our team In this newly created role, you will actively shape and further develop the Learning & Development landscape of Sonepar Switzerland. You will develop a future-oriented L&D strategy and build a company-wide Learning Academy that supports our employees in their technical, personal, and professional development. In doing so, you will develop and implement competence, skill, and career frameworks as well as modern development programs for specialists, managers, and talents. Together with the specialist departments and HR colleagues, you will analyze current and future competence requirements, identify development needs, and derive effective learning and development initiatives from them. Together with relevant stakeholders, you will develop and optimize specialist, career, and specialist career paths for various business areas such as logistics, supply chain, IT, corporate functions, and our business units. As a contact person for Learning & Development, you will advise managers and HR on matters of competence and talent development and support talent reviews as well as succession planning for key positions in close cooperation with HR Business Partnering. Furthermore, you will personally conduct training, workshops, and development formats, coordinate external partners, drive the introduction of innovative learning methods and digital learning technologies, and ensure the sustainable effectiveness of our development initiatives through professional reporting, budget management, and success measurement. In addition, you will further develop our Occupational Health Management and provide impulses for a healthy and performance-promoting work culture.
