La Boulangerie Industrielle SA is a family-tradition company, specializing in the processing of wheat, the manufacture and sale of bakery, pastry and viennoiserie products – catering. All its products are delivered to the points of sale of the BISA group but also to large supermarkets and food distribution chains, retailers and public institutions, hotels and restaurants present in different Swiss cantons.

We are looking for a Manager / Manager of a point of sale in La Chaux-de-Fonds

Responsibilities:

• Operational management: customer reception, product sales, development of turnover and efficiency
• Administrative management: monitoring of receipts, ratios, management of orders and stocks…
• Guaranteeing compliance with internal standards and current professional norms: hygiene, safety, work
• Ensuring the relationship with the support services at headquarters

Profile sought:

• More than 5 years of experience in a similar position
• MANDATORY LICENSE
• Training, diploma in catering or bakery
• Knowledge of the collective agreement (a plus)
