What awaits you:
Technical and personnel leadership of a regional service team
Active participation in technical field service at customer sites
Installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of technical devices and systems used commercially
Analysis and rectification of technical faults
Support of employees in demanding technical cases
Coordination of assignments and resources together with the regional management
Advising customers on technical questions and developing suitable solutions
Instruction of users after installation or commissioning
Preparation and implementation of offers for repairs and technical work
Advice and sale of devices, consumables as well as service and maintenance solutions
Processing of inquiries and complaints regarding performed service work
Coaching and technical further development of the service technicians
Ensuring high service and customer satisfaction
Participation in on-call service according to the deployment plan
What you should bring:
Completed technical vocational training EFZ, ideally in an electrotechnical or electromechanical environment, e.g., as an electrical installer, automation technician or electromechanic
Several years of experience in technical service or field service
Initial or several years of experience in the technical or personnel leadership of employees
Very good technical understanding and enjoyment of practical work
Ideally experience with commercial devices, machines or technical systems
Independent and structured way of working as well as good organizational talent
Confident and professional appearance towards customers and employees
Ability to make decisions and also solve demanding situations confidently
Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented way of thinking
Confident handling of common PC and Office applications
Place of residence or good accessibility of the deployment region Zürich or Northwest Switzerland
Willingness for flexible assignments and occasional on-call service
Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing as well as very good English skills
