Head of Customer Advisory for Mobile Health Services

Your main tasks

• As a “Care Concierge,” you advise customers from various sectors (health institutions, authorities, private customers, etc.) who are interested in the services of the knechtcare companies.
• You conduct initial consultations and understand customer concerns, medical needs, and urgency. You define the appropriate service offering based on this.
• You conduct advisory consultations independently.
• You create offers based on the initial consultations, organize initial appointments with the appropriate knechtcare companies, create offers, and follow them up consistently until completion.
• You carefully document contacts, clarifications, and offers in the CRM system.
• As a leader, you build the team together with the managing directors and develop it in a targeted manner. You participate in the ongoing optimization of conversation guides and sales processes.

Your profile

• Strong sales talent, strong in telephone and written communication
• Experience in the hotel industry, in customer advisory, or in a call center environment is an advantage
• Native German language, very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Open, cheerful, and winning personality
• Very good manners and professional appearance on the telephone
• Negotiation-secure, results-oriented communication behavior
• Empathic, service-oriented handling of sensitive concerns
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
