Join our team as a Collaborator Customer Service (technical) 100% (M/F/D) and accompany our customers in the success of their projects in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Sanitary (HVAC/S) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * You process customer requests and orders, transmitted by telephone or in writing * You manage offers and tenders * You propose solutions adapted to their projects and advise them * You coordinate projects with our representatives and our technicians * You will actively participate in the continuous improvement of the department's processes YOUR PROFILE * You hold an HVAC/S training and have significant experience in the field * You benefit from experience within a customer service department * You are recognized for your technical knowledge and your ability to transmit it * You have interpersonal skills and excellent communication in French (written and careful) * You have a good level of German and/or Swiss German * You master the usual IT tools * You work autonomously and organized and enjoy teamwork * You have perfect stress management and are able to work within a demanding environment WHAT WE OFFER * A diversified job with flexible hours within a human-sized company * A pleasant working environment within a stable and healthy family company in a growing sector * Attractive working conditions with a company restaurant and parking spaces available Entry date: to be agreed You are the person we are looking for?
