Our Business Unit Liquids accompanies around 150’000 transports of liquid chemical goods through Europe annually. For our Business Unit with 130 employees at the headquarters in Dürrenäsch, we are looking for an engaged personality as per immediately or by arrangement as

Tasks and responsibilities

• You monitor transports on rail, road and waterways throughout Europe and keep an eye on their current status
• You recognize delays and other deviations, coordinate the next steps with dispatch and inform the customers
• You support customers in German and English and answer questions regarding ongoing transports
• You record transport orders and keep transport data as well as status messages up to date in our modern ERP system
• You work closely with our European branches and our international dispatch teams

Your qualifications

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable training
• You are interested in international transport processes. Initial experience in logistics or customer service is welcome, but not a prerequisite
• You communicate confidently and understandably in German and English
• You set priorities and remain friendly and reliable even when several inquiries arrive at the same time
• You enjoy working with digital systems and pay attention to correct, up-to-date data
• You follow up, think ahead and like to contribute to a team
