Spare Parts Administrator

An established technology provider in the field of construction machinery and conveyor technology is looking for reinforcement for its familiar team in the Bern region. You act as an important interface between customers and suppliers and ensure first-class technical support. The place of work is the Bern region.

Job title: Specialist in Spare Parts Consulting & Customer Care (80-100%)

Main tasks:

• Advising and supporting customers with technical inquiries
• Hub function and communication between customers and suppliers
• Processing of spare parts orders and commercial processes
• Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Technical basic training with a commercial flair or commercial training with an affinity for technology
• Good language skills in German and French (at least B2 level)
• Resilience, strong communication skills, and high service orientation
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Further training as a Technoslow / Technical Clerk or experience with construction machinery/forklifts (advantageous)
