What you bring:

• Higher Federal Diploma in the field of finance, controlling or taxes (Eidg. FA Treuhand or Finanz und Rechnungswesen, diploma as Expertin/-e Rechnungslegung und Controlling, Steuer- or Treuhandexpertin/-e or Betriebsökonom/in FH)
• Several years of sound professional experience in accounting and taxation
• Independent, customer- and solution-oriented way of working as well as negotiation skills
• Good oral and written expression as well as high communication skills
• Willingness to perform field service activities

Your working environment

The Kantonale Steueramt (KStA) (https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dfr/ueber-uns/organisation/kantonales-steueramt) is responsible for the enforcement of cantonal and federal tax laws. The municipalities assess and collect the taxes of natural persons; the KStA performs the supervisory function in this process. All other types of taxes are assessed and collected by the KStA itself. Furthermore, the KStA develops the basis for financial planning and tax policy on behalf of the Government Council. Our approximately 710,000 inhabitants as well as the 198 municipal administrations expect qualified services from us daily.
