Receptionist (a) 50% # Receptionist (a) 50% YOUR TASKS • You are our first business card: warm reception by telephone, by email and on-site • Check-in and administrative processing for inpatient and outpatient patients • Professional management of payments, mail, cash and internal processes • Cooperation in internal processes such as on-call lists, employee offers or process improvements • Collaboration with colleagues from various departments - always with the goal that our patients feel well cared for YOUR PROFILE • Commercial basic training and several years of experience at the reception, ideally in a hospital or in upscale hospitality • Very good German skills and good English skills are a must-criterion, Italian skills are a big plus.
