Job description:
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high\-level organisational and administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring the efficient coordination of day\-to\-day business activities. Working in a fast\-paced international environment, you will act as a trusted partner, coordinating priorities, facilitating communication and ensuring that key business operations run smoothly.

Contract: Until with the possibility of extension or permanent internalisation

Requirements:
Coordinate complex calendars, appointments and business schedules.
Organise domestic and international travel, meetings and events from planning through execution.
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials and other business documentation.
Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external business partners.
Ensure timely follow\-up on action items and support the coordination of leadership activities.
Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Provide proactive administrative support and identify opportunities to improve day\-to\-day efficiency.
Assist with a variety of business initiatives and cross\-functional coordination activities.
Competences:
Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable senior administrative role.
Previous experience supporting senior management within a dynamic corporate environment.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel.
