Your tasks

With the new Polizeizentrum Bern (PZB) in Niederwangen, we are creating a modern and long-term infrastructure for the Kantonspolizei Bern. Would you like to actively support the realization of this significant large-scale project? A versatile and responsible task awaits you in the project office.

• Support project management administratively and organizationally and contribute to a smooth project process
• Write reports, statements, feedback, and other project documents
• Obtain, check, and process supplier offers as well as coordinate necessary feedback
• Record and monitor orders in the SAP system and participate in cost control and project controlling
• Create minutes as well as maintain and consistently follow up on extensive pending task lists
• Coordinate appointments as well as organize meetings, events, and room reservations
• Act as an administrative point of contact for internal and external project participants

Your profile

• Commercial training with corresponding further education, for example as a management assistant, or several years of experience in a comparable function
• Experience in a project environment and a good understanding of project processes as well as solid commercial and business administration knowledge
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working combined with high initiative and strong organizational talent
• Quick comprehension, networked thinking, and the ability to maintain an overview even with numerous parallel tasks
• Team-oriented, communicative, service-oriented, and trustworthy personality
• Very good German skills with confident written expression as well as good French skills
