HR Business Partner - Temporary mission 6 to 12 months (M/F)

Your mission

As part of a maternity leave replacement, our client, a major organization based in Genève, is looking for an HR Business Partner for a temporary mission of a minimum duration of 6 months, which can be extended up to 1 year. You will join an HR team and will autonomously take charge of the HR support for a scope of employees and managers. Your main responsibilities will be: Accompany and advise managers and employees in their daily HR issues; Take charge of recruitment processes and ensure the follow-up of applications; Conduct and support HR interviews, including in sensitive or complex situations; Ensure the follow-up of absences and support employees affected in their health; Support return-to-work situations and ensure the individual follow-up of the employees concerned; Advise managers in the management of their teams and individual situations; Ensure generalist and operational HR management throughout the entire employee life cycle; Ensure the correct application of internal HR procedures and practices. Start date: ideally mid-October 2026. Duration: 6 months minimum, with the possibility of extension up to 1 year. Location: Genève.

Your profile

Higher education in Human Resources or an equivalent title; Confirmed experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or similar function; Solid experience in operational HR management and supporting managers; Proven experience in recruitment; Ability to conduct difficult interviews and manage sensitive HR situations; Experience in monitoring absences and supporting employees affected in their health; Good command of Swiss labor law and local HR practices; Ability to quickly take charge of a scope and work autonomously; Excellent interpersonal skills, listening, diplomacy, confidentiality and ability to manage delicate situations; Residence in Switzerland mandatory.
