Accompany two beneficiaries with ASD and challenging behaviors on a daily basis, in an intensive and individualized setting Co-construct, implement and adjust individualized support projects Work in close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team Actively participate in the evaluation of practices and their evolution Promote adapted activities, socialization and openness to the outside world, taking into account the abilities of each person Socio-educator profile: Swiss diploma in social work (HES) or equivalent, if foreign diploma recognition by SEFRI is mandatory Socio-educational assistant profile: CFC as a socio-educational assistant or equivalent, if foreign diploma recognition by SEFRI is mandatory Knowledge of ASD and/or a strong desire to undergo in-depth training. Experience in accompanying or caring for publics with challenging behaviors and in complex situations: a significant asset. Strong interest in innovative approaches, research and the application of internationally recognized best practices. Strong interest and/or experience in interdisciplinary work Flexibility, great capacity for adaptation, team spirit and motivation to contribute to a large-scale project. Mastery of French and standard office tools. To master the French language. A targeted, demanding and innovative project As part of its development, the institution is creating a new reception microstructure of 2 places, intended for people presenting an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and an intellectual developmental disorder (IDD), in complex situations. This device is based on highly individualized, intensive and structured support, inscribed in a specialized socio-educational approach.
