Partner Support Door Technology 80% - 100% (m/f/d) Region Ost As a Partner Support Distribution Door Technology, you will accompany certified sales partners, architects, planners, and processors (carpenters/metalworkers) in the technology transfer towards door technology. He/she ensures that dormakaba products find their way into the sales channels and that the necessary processes and structures - both internally and externally - are established. In doing so, the role forms the technical and professional bridge between dormakaba and our partners. A task that counts: Your activities Support of the dormakaba target groups in technical and professional matters for door technology (e.g., secured escape route solutions, door closers, panic locks, AHS/DHW). Building and further developing a high-performance sales network in the area of door technology, coordinated with the requirements of the sales division. Technical support of sales in market development and quotation preparation; support with customer-specific technical queries. Accompanying partners during the project phase until successful introduction into operational business (implementation support). Building processes and structures for the efficient transition from project to line organization (Operational Readiness / Onboarding Level). Market observation and analysis: Recognizing market trends, evaluating opportunities and risks in the field of door technology. Maintenance and expansion of long-term, trusting partner relationships; detailed knowledge of partners and their business models. A experience that counts: Your profile Approx. 3 years of experience in main or secondary construction trades (e.g., door technology, building automation) or with specialist partners (AD/field service experience very desirable) or approx. 3 years of project management experience. Technical understanding; experience in object processing and support of existing customers in indirect business; ability to communicate technical topics understandably to partners. Strong communication skills, initiative, and a structured way of working.
