As a Data Scientist, you will transform large-scale real-world data into meaningful insights that improve products, patient journeys, and business decisions. Working within an interdisciplinary, agile R&D environment, you will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, product marketing, and business stakeholders to develop innovative data-driven solutions for the hearing care industry. In return, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, shape future MedTech solutions, and contribute to products that improve the lives of millions of people worldwide.   More about the role   • Translate business and stakeholder requirements into data-driven analytics and digital solutions that support strategic decision-making. • Develop machine learning models and advanced analytics using large-scale real-world product data to enhance products, applications, and customer experiences. • Apply statistical methods and AI techniques to health-related datasets to generate actionable clinical and business insights. • Analyze user behavior and product usage data to better understand customer needs, preferences, and patient journeys. • Support the development, governance, and maintenance of data catalogues and data assets. • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary R&D, engineering, product management, and business teams in an agile environment. • Stay up to date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI, identifying opportunities to translate innovation into product features and business value.   More about you   • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PhD preferred. • 4+ years of industry experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role. • Experience within MedTech, Healthcare, Pharma, or another related scientific industry. • Expertise in psychology, audiology, health sciences, or a closely related scientific field. • Strong background in machine learning, statistics, and data analysis. • Strong skills in Python, Databricks, Azure, or similar. • Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines. • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset. • Strong communication skills with management and stakeholders. • Stay up to date with developments in AI and incorporate them into day-to-day work. • Fluent in English.   More about what we offer   As one of the world-s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we-re committed to building an inclusive culture.
