Kitchen Assistant M/F

Main tasks: Preparation (Mise en place): Washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, preparing meats and fish. Cooking: Carrying out simple preparations (sauces, starters, salads, desserts), monitoring cooking and assisting with plating. Maintenance/Hygiene: Cleaning work surfaces, utensils, kitchen machines and performing dishwashing. Stock management: Receiving goods, storing supplies and cold rooms. Assistance: Supporting the chefs de partie and the head chef during service.
