What awaits you

• Processing benefit cases in the area of accident insurance normal claim for the Zurich/Central Switzerland region for incapacities for work up to six months
• Checking the obligation to provide benefits, insurance coverage, causality and requirements for claims according to UVG as well as arranging insurance benefits
• Supporting corporate customers as the direct first point of contact as well as creating decrees, benefit decisions and case closures
• Collaborating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as the legal department, technical management, BVM, CM or consulting doctors

What you bring

• Commercial or paramedical basic training as well as at least 2 years of professional experience in UVG benefit management with sound specialist knowledge in accident insurance
• Conducting regular telephone conversations with insured persons and employers
• Confident German in speaking and writing as well as good English, further languages an advantage
• Strong communication skills as well as a confident manner
• Efficient and independent way of working as well as flexibility and resilience in demanding situations
