Reporting to the operations management, you ensure the management and coordination of the company's logistical activities.

Your missions ##

Reporting to the operations management, you ensure the management and coordination of the company's logistical activities.

In this capacity, your main missions are:

• Manage the teams of the Procurement and Shipping departments.
• Motivate, coordinate and develop employees in order to guarantee their skill development.
• Drive the organization of the department and optimize logistical flows in connection with the different services of the company.
• Define and monitor performance indicators (KPI) and implement the associated action plans.
• Supervise and coordinate inventories.
• Guarantee compliance with delivery deadlines and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at strengthening operational efficiency.
• Ensure the compliance of logistical processes with current regulatory requirements.

Your profile ##

• Higher education in logistics, supply chain or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in Swiss territory in a similar function with team management.
• Solid mastery of the management of logistical flows and stocks.
• Very good knowledge of SAP; experience as a Key User is a real asset.
• Excellent mastery of Excel.
• Analytical mindset and ability to identify pragmatic and effective solutions.
• Strong sense of continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Natural leadership, interpersonal ease and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to evolve in a dynamic environment requiring reactivity, autonomy and priority management.
