Your key missions #### • Advise and support managers on HR best practices (public/private labor law) • Manage complex situations: conflicts, disciplinary measures, dismissals • Manage the HR life cycle of employees: monitoring evaluations, work certificates, etc... • Coordinate absence management in collaboration with our Care Manager • Contribute to innovative HR projects that evolve our organization Your profile ### • HES Bachelor's degree with specialization in HR or equivalent training • Excellent listening, pedagogical, and communication skills (oral & written) • Sense of confidentiality, rigor, and collaborative leadership • Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law (public and private) • Comfortable in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment What EVAM offers you ### • A committed working environment • A continuous training policy to evolve in your career • A teleworking policy • 5 weeks of vacation (6 from age 50) • Very good social benefits • Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural context The 2-step recruitment process: ### 1.
